E-mail address and mobile number is mandatory and only one application per email / mobile number will be considered.
Degree marks should be filled in two decimals only (e.g. 55.00) and not in four decimals.
Only online applications will be accepted. Applications submitted in hard copy will not be entertained.
Submission of incorrect information will automatically disqualify the candidate even if he/she is declared successful in the written test. Final selection will be subject to verification of original documents only.
Call letters to eligible candidates will be sent via e-mail only. Hard copies will not be mailed. Candidates must take a printout and bring it at the time of examination.
Age Criteria – Probationary Clerk
For Freshers, the applicant must not be more than 28 years old as on 01/05/2026.
For candidates with 2–3 years of experience, the applicant must not be more than 30 years old as on 01/05/2026.
Age Criteria – Software Developer & System Engineer
For Freshers, the applicant must not be more than 26 years old as on 01/05/2026.
For candidates with 2–3 years of experience, the applicant must not be more than 30 years old as on 01/05/2026.
Age Criteria – Estate Officer & Purchase Officer
Maximum age 35 years as on 01/05/2026.
Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 800/- is payable online only via UPI QR Code or VPA. (Fee will not be accepted through Cash, NEFT, or IMPS.)
The exact amount of Rs. 800/- must be paid. Applications with payment less or more than Rs. 800/- will be rejected and the fee will not be refunded.
The system-generated application number should be preserved for future communication.
Submission of an application does not guarantee employment. SPCBL reserves the right to cancel the recruitment advertisement at any stage.
